My husband made the chicken paillards for dinner tonight. We had them with some couscous and roasted asparagus. My oh my the flavour here is sooo good! The chicken was juicy yet firm, And then the sauce!! I could drink this sauce out of a cup hah. Incredible flavour and easy to make!

Made the breaded tofu tonight — served it on top of some coconut carrot soup (like croutons) and it was a hit! A nice way to add some protein to dinner! Us adults and our 7 year old loved the tofu. These will be great in wraps/sandwiches and on top of salads too!

Yum! We all loved these. I used Kos unflavored protein powder and we couldn’t taste it at all. They are pretty rich, so I cut them into smaller pieces. Loved them with sea salt sprinkled on top. I think they’d be better balanced with more chocolate, but we don’t usually make things like this, so they’re basically serving as a treat for us, which is probably why I want more chocolate. As a protein bar, they’re great and I feel good about giving it to my son for a filling snack.

Phenomenal! I’m making my second batch of dough now to freeze for quick meals for my husband and I. This is by far the absolute best pizza dough we’ve made! I didn’t have great results from other recipes and I can’t stand the premade dough. We used the 00 flour and weighed the ingredients. No more frozen pizza for us!

I really like this casserole! it’s fresh and not weighed down with a heavy sauce. I prefer the fried onions so that is what we used… It was a huge crowd pleaser at Thanksgiving!

Your focaccia bread recipe does not appear to state how much bread it makes. Also the scale button on this changes the flour in grams but does not change it in cups.
